Please contact us during our office hours Monday – Friday between 09:00am – 17:30 and Saturday 09:00am – 12:30pm on 0207 258 0009 if you require any help. Our office is closed on Sundays and all UK Public holidays so please cancel during our working period/time.

The Winter FIT Cancellation Policies for hotel services below are from 1st November 2011 – 31st March 2012. Cancellation of reservation to Interopa Holidays Ltd must be in writing by Email or Facsimile only and must be received by the reservation no later than the times specified below. Please note a written cancellation confirmation must be received from Interopa Holidays to deem your cancellation request as accepted if it adheres to our supplier’s Terms and conditions.

In the case that you do not receive a written cancellation reply from us during our working hours, please make it your responsibility to receive a cancellation notification from us during this time.

If the policy is not followed, you may have to pay 1 or 2 night’s charge of the reservation or the full term served by our supplier or any other condition which may apply.

Ashley Hotel - (in writing, otherwise fee of first 2 nights)

 

Balmoral Edinburgh - before 1:00PM 48hrs prior to date of arrival AND 72hrs prior to arrival in (High season) August

 

Chrysos Hotel – No show or Cancellation on weekend (Friday & Saturday) - a minimum fee of 2 nights will be charged (as minimum stay is 2 nights over the weekend)

 

Kensington Close Hotel - Please be advised that there is a different 7 days prior to arrival date cancellation and No Show policy that applies for the Special Season Dates i.e. Any part of the booking that lies in 7 day cancellation and No-Show period will be charged.

BETT*: From the 11th January 2012 to 14th (inclusive) January 2012

ATEI*: From the 23rd January 2012 to 25th (inclusive) January 2012

 

Kingsway Hall - Please be advised that there is a different 7 days prior to arrival date cancellation and No Show policy that applies for the Special Season Dates i.e. Any part of the booking that lies in 7 day cancellation and No-Show period will be charged.

 

Westbury Mayfair - Long stay bookings (more than 7 nights):

Any cancellation from 14 to 8 days prior to arrival date will be charged 50% of the total value of the booking. Any cancellation within 7 days prior to arrival date will be charged 100% of the total value of the booking. Special Days (WTM and New Year Eve)

Any cancellation within 7 days prior to arrival date will be charged 100% of the total value of the booking.

 

Passenger number limit for FIT bookings:

 

Please note that bookings with 10 passengers or more cannot be accepted as FIT bookings but must be given to our groups department ! Hotels do not accept as FIT bookings 10 pax or more and apply group policy.

 

Child Policy:

In order to apply the right child policy (according to the specific hotels), Interopa Holidays needs to know by the time of the booking the total number of adults and children with their age or date of birth, as well as the breakdown per room (how many children sharing with 2 paying adults).

Any additional passenger (adult or child) added may change the final number of rooms and/or the final invoicing amount.

Any child under the age of 18 will not be accepted alone in one room and should at least share with an adult (21 years and over).

Please note that all bookings made on-line from allocation will be confirmed automatically.

However, any bookings involving children must be re-confirmed per writing by Interopa's team, even when taken from allocation

 

No Shows:

Cancellations received after 12.00 o clock the day before the arrival, or on the client's day of arrival, or if the client fails to show, will be subject to the 1st night cancellation charge according to the type and number of rooms booked.

Mayflower Hotel applies the full stay charge.

In the event of no-show, please note that Interopa Holidays will raise a 1 night's charge, which must be honoured and paid
