GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS OF ON-LINE BOOKING

24 hours for all FIT bookings (apart from Alexandra, Astor Court, Corona, all Crowne Plaza hotels, Darlington Hyde Park, all Express by Holiday Inn hotels,  Grosvenor Kensington, Halkin, all Holiday Inn hotels, Kensington Rooms, La Reserve,  Mayflower, Metropolitan, New Linden,  Prince William, Royal Eagle, Royal Sussex, all Travelodge properties, where the policy is 48 hours)
FIT Cancellations must be received no later than 10:00 hrs (local time) on the day prior to arrival.
 
On UK Public holidays, Saturday and Sundays, FIT cancellations must be entered no later than 10:00 hrs (local time) on the previous working day.
FIT Cancellations received after 10:00 hrs on the day prior to arrival or if the client fails to show, will be subject to the 1st night cancellation charge.
Mayflower Hotel applies a full stay chargefor cancellations/amendments.
 
On-line bookings which have been confirmed must be cancelled using the on-line reservation system at all times.  
Bookings taken from allocations during outside office hours (from 17:30 to 09:00 am weekdays and  from 13.00 pm on Saturday to 09.00 am Monday) must first be reconfirmed by a member of Interopa Holidays staff as the allocation release may become applicable during the period of closure of our office working hours.  
If you do not receive a re-confirmation from a member of our staff, within 24 hours, do not assume that the cancellation has been processed. Please contact Interopa Holidays  immediately, in order to avoid cancellation charges.  
     
Packages:  
  Please note that our packages, once confirmed, are not refundable if cancelled.  
   
   
In order to apply the right child policy (according to the specific hotels), Interopa Holidays needs to know by the time of the booking the total number of adults and children with their age or date of birth, as well as the breakdown per room (how many children sharing with 2 paying adults).  
Any additional passenger (adult or child) added may change the final number of rooms and/or the final invoicing amount.  
Any child under the age of 18 will not be accepted alone in one room and should at least share with an adult (21 years and over).  
Please note that all bookings made on-line from allocation will be confirmed automatically.
However, any bookings involving children must be re-confirmed per writing by Interopa's team, even when taken from allocation
 
 
No Shows:  

Cancellations received after 12.00 o clock the day before the arrival, or on the client's day of arrival, or if the client fails to show, will be subject to the 1st night cancellation charge according to the type and number of rooms booked.
Mayflower Hotel applies the full stay charge.

 
In the event of no-show, please note that Interopa Holidays will raise a 1 night's charge, which must be honoured  
     

CONFIDENTIALITY OF AGENT CODES AND PASSWORDS
Please ensure that the Agent Codes and Passwords that are assigned to your company are kept STRICTLY CONFIDENTIAL

Interopa Holidays will update you with new passwords.
