TERMS & CONDITIONS OF ON-LINE BOOKING
CANCELLATION
POLICY
24 hours (apart from Moat House Hotels and the Comfort Inn Westminster
where the policy is 48 hours)
Cancellations must be received no later than 12:00 hrs (local
time) on the day prior to arrival.
On UK Public holidays, Saturday and Sundays, cancellations
must be received no later than 12:00 hrs (local time) on the previous working
day.
Cancellations received after 12:00 hrs on the day prior to
arrival or if the client fails to show, we will
subject to the 1st night cancellation charge.
ON-LINE
BOOKINGS WHICH HAVE BEEN CONFIRMED MUST BE CANCELLED USING THE
ON-LINE RESERVATION SYSTEM
ALL THE TIMES.
RECONFIRMATION
OF BOOKINGS & CANCELLATIONS
In
order to avoid any mistakes, in the unlikely event of our system going down,
all reservations, amendments and cancellations will always be reconfirmed
in writing from Interopa Holidays, either by fax or e-mail.
If
you do not receive a reconfirmation from us, within 24 hours , do not assume
that the transaction has been processed. Please contact Interopa Holidays
immediately, in order to avoid cancellation charges.
CONFIDENTIALITY
OF AGENT CODES AND PASSWORDS
Please
ensure that the Agent Codes and Passwords that are assigned to your company
are kept STRICTLY CONFIDENTIAL
Interopa Holidays will update you with new passwords.
